Do you offer private tours? Alternative start times for tours?Yes, we do offer private tours and customizable for your own personal groups and/or special occasions such as work events, birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, anniversaries etc. These are available for an additional fee and can have alternate start times, provided there is enough notice. Please contact us via email for further inquiry and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Is this tour child friendly?Children can come on this tour with adult supervision and must have a waiver signed by a parent. *All guests (both adults and children) will need to fill out a waiver form at the start of every tour.

I’m sick or my travel plans have changed?If you’ve made a booking and can no longer attend the tour, please give us a heads up that you can no longer attend and we will do our best to accommodate you. We can change the date of the tour for you or can do a refund if the cancellation is more than 24 hours from when the tour is set to begin.

I haven't received a confirmation email?Please double check your booking info did not end up your trash folder.

I can’t book the time I want?If the time you want to book is not available, the tour is either already full or you are outside the cut off window. We don’t accept bookings on new tours with less than 16 hours notice. However, we do accept bookings on existing tours within that window. If you are tight for time and want to book, but do not see it as a booking option, reach out to us to see if there is space/a tour operating that day and we will do our best to accommodate!

How many people are on a tour?Tours operate with a minimum of 2 guests and a maximum of 20. If you have a large group, feel free to reach out for a private tour and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do we get to go to real live movie sets?No, we cannot go to live movie sets as they are closed to the public to protect the privacy of the production, cast and crew. However, it is not uncommon to see live sets in the process of setting up, filming or being taken down in the city as we are visiting very popular production hubs on our tour. Often you can get close to them and we will do our best to take you to these and show you the sets from a safe and allowed distance.

Do you ever see celebrities?You never know when you may spot a celebrity, but rest assured many do frequent Vancouver and Toronto's neighbourhoods for both work and pleasure. Guests have spotted them before, the best practice is to keep your head in a swivel. Guides will point out some common celebrity hang out spots when possible.

What if I’m running late?Due to having multiple guests on these tours and the scheduling of guides, guests will need to arrive on time in order for tours to adhere to their schedule. We reccommend all guests to arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of their tour.If you are running late the day of, please let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate you. No refunds on missed tours or no shows

What if it’s raining? Snowing?Tours run rain, snow or shine! Canada is known to get a variety of weather conditions that can change suddenly, so it’s best to be prepared for all elements.

Is there a driving or transit option available? How much walking?All of our tours are walking tour only. Please visit the tour specific pages for info on the specific walking distances. Our tours range from 2.5-4km (1.5-2.5 Miles) of walking distance. Guests should be capable of walking the distance of their tour at a leisurely pace with frequent stops. There are no driving or transit options available on our tours for the time being.

Is there food/drink included?No, food and drink is not included on this tour. Guests are recommended to eat a good meal before the tour and be well hydrated. We also suggest guests to bring some water and a snack for on the tour. There is an optional 10 minute break where guests can use a bathroom, get a snack or drink while on the tour.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?It is accessible. However, guests will still need to be able to travel the outlined tour distance and be comfortable on a variety of sidewalks and cobblestone streets. There may also be some stairs involved. Please email ahead with your booking so we are aware and can work to accommodate.

What to bring? What to wear?In Canada, our weather has been known to change quickly and can be incremental at times. Please watch the forecast prior to your tour and dress for the elements. Sunsreen, hat and water in the summer and for the winter, an umbrella, rain and/or snow gear is advisable. We recommend bringing snacks, water and good walking shoes to walk the tour distance comfortably.

How to get the most out of your tour?Really listen to what your guides have to say and don't be afraid to ask questions! They can be about the local film industry, specific shows or movies, their involvement in the film indusrty or even questions about the city and it's local attractions. Our guides will do their best to answer all of your questions and provide recommendations for other must do's in the city and surrounding area.

Meeting location?Read the tour meeting description carefully. Arrive early for an on time departure. This will give youm more time with your guide. They should be there 10 minutes prior to the start of the tour with either a Orange or Blue umbrella. If you don't see them right away, give it a few minutes prior to contacting our team. Check your email leading up to the tour for any updates on the tour.
